Back Home n' Old Friend.

Anubis and Starivile woke up from the couch and went outside. "Such a beautiful day, huh Anubis?" "Yes it is my love." They both got their stuff and left the cabin. After they walk 3 miles, Anubis eye's start glowing purple again. "Anubis, your eyes!" "Huh?" A portal opened in front of them. But it seems different. "Whoa, I've got to learn how to do that.... HUH!?" Then a voice called out. "Help me, someone please help me." (I know that voice!) "Anubis, what's wrong?" "Come on Starivile, we're going in!" He grab Starivile and jumped in the portal. When they came out, the portal closed. They looked around and saw that they're in an urban enviorment. "Anubis, what is this place?" Anubis answered her. "I'm... Home."

"What!? This place is your home, this urban world!?" "No, this is just an allyway I used to go when I was in school." This surprised Starivile. "You used to went to school?" "Yes, my creators wanted me a good education. Sadly, I didn't have any friends. Untill I was in my Junior year." Starivile was curious. "Really? Wow, no friends for three years. But who were your friends in your last year?" "Acturlly, who was my 'only' friend in my senior year. She was a kind girl, polite, and loves music. Especially from her favorite band with her favorite singer; Ville Valo." (Wow, she must've been kind to him ever since.) Then, an explosion occured in the allyway. "Uh oh, better run." "Right." They ran away from the ally and went into an abandoned place.

"Wow, it's so dark in here. Anubis, do you have something to make a light from?" Then a light appeared from Anubis's right hand. It was an Aura Sphere. "Does this count?" "'giggle' Oh Anubis, thats so funny." They both kept walking down a big hallway. Strangly, it look really familiar to Anubis. (Hey, I've been here before.) Anubis saw a door slightly open. He closed his eyes and saw a being behind the door. "Starivile, stay here." He then went into the shadows and attacked the being from behind. "UGH!!" When he fell down, it was a spy. Anubis was about to grab him, but.... "DON'T MOVE, ONE MORE STEP AND IT'S BYE-BYE TO YOUR FIANCE!" Anubis looked at Starivile and saw that she was heald hostage. (They... are... going... to .... hurt ....her!!!!???) His eyes are starting to turned red. But he snapped out of it and yelled at Starivile. "Starivile, close your eyes!" She did and Anubis screamed in the air. "PSY FLASH!" A blinding light appeared from Anubis body and blinded the spys and lit up the entire hallway.

"AAAAHHHHH, MY EYES!!!!" They let go of Starivile and she knocked them out. "Take this!" She jumped on one of them and did a False Swipe on his face. She then strike another guy with an Iron Tail. Finally, she use Swords Dance and fly straight for the last guy and did a U-Turn attack right on his back. She then gracefully decended from the air and landed next to Anubis. "Good job Starivile." Then, there were footsteps heard 10ft away from Anubis. It then spoke. "Is it really you?" But to it's surprise, Anubis secretly made his right hand into a sword shape, use Sword Dance, and quickly pointed at the beings neck. Making it scared stiff. "Who are you? And don't try to trick me." He then use Sharpen on his sword to prepare himself for an assult. But then the being got exagerated and hugged Anubis. "Oh my god, it's been so long!!! I thought that I'll never see you again Anubis!!!" "Huh?" "Hey you, let go of him or I'll..." "Easy Starivile, there's no need to make threats."

Anubis looked down at the person and was surprised to see who it is. "Is it really you!!??" "Yes Anubis, your very first friend. Heartgram-Wolf." "HEARTGRAM-WOLF!!!" He then hugged her. "My god, it's been awhile since I last saw you. You still like you favorite band; HIM?" "Yes, and you know that I'll always like them forever." Starivile was confused. "Um Anubis, who is this human she-wolf?" "Oh Starivile, I almost forgot. This is Heartgram-Wolf, she was my first and only friend when I was in school. Everyone calls her Heartgram-Wolf, but I like to call her Heart." "Hello Starivile. Please to meet you." Both Starivile and Heart shook hands. "So Heart, can you explain to me why these guys tried to harm my fiance?" "Oh, sorry about that. But ever since you didn't came to school, this world got out of order." "How?" "Come with me..." They followed Heart to a room.

"All right, it goes like this." Everyone listened. "On Graduation Day, I was hoping for Anubis to come and get his Diploma with me. But instead, there were big explosions and gun fire everywhere when I was about to recive my Diploma. When I looked in the sky, it was the XD's that start destroying our school. They slaughtered everything and everyone, including all of my friends. I was scared that I was about to die, so I escaped from the Graduation and hid myself in the campus for the past two years. I thought that the XD's killed you because they say that they were happy that they got rid of you. When I heard they said that, I cried and cried for your death and I thought that I'll never see you again. But now that I know that you're alive, you can help us out destroy the remaining XD's. Will you?" "Well...." But then Anubis looked into Hearts eyes and see how much she wanted for him to help her. "Awww, I couldn't abandoned an old friend. Not once." This surprised Heart. "So you'll help us!?" Anubis then nodded and braced himself. Heart then start hugging Anubis really hard. "Oh thank you thank you thank you Anubis!" And she gave him a sweet kiss on his cheek, making him blushed. "Uhhh." Starivile and Heart were giggling because Anubis face turned red.

After a few hours, Anubis was getting sleepy. "Uhhh, NO! Got to stay awake." Then Starivile came inside the room where Anubis is. "So Anubis, she was your friend in school?" "Yes." "Why?" "Well, when I was about to turn from the 11th grade to the 12th grade, I was walking down a hallway. The one we were in when those spys attacked us? Before I leaved the school campus, I heard a cry for help. So I followed the sound and it lead into the third floor of the main building. I got there and I saw Heart was being held down from some other students, at least three tall guys. She was struggling but they held her down tightly. And then, I saw one guy tooked off her pants and tried to rape her. I was scared that I couldn't do anything, but when she screamed one last time before her panties were removed, i felt different. I felt energy building up within my body. So I step out of hiding and faced them. They let go of Heart and tried to beat me up. But they mistaken my powers and ended up in the hospital for three weeks. After I beat them up, I saw Heart quickly putting back her cloths on because she was scared of me. But she couldn't get up because one of the guys sprained her ankle. So I went closer to her and helpped her up. She was surprised at first when I helpped her. She was about to ask me my name, but I snapped out of my powers and ran away home. Next semester, I have different classes then the guys I beat up. But in every class, I have Heart as my classmate. She came up to me and asked for my name. I told her my name is XD-499, but she called me Anubis because the expression on my face when I saved her reminded her of an Egyptain dog. Then we became friends throughout the rest of the school year. And thats pretty much how we became friends." Starivile was shedding tears. "That was so wonderful what you did. She nearly got raped and you were to scared to fight, but instead you stood up to them and saved her from being abused. That was really kind of you to do that Anubis." Anubis then put an arm around Starivile. "Thanks Starivile."

The next morning. "O.K. Heart, tell me what I can do to help you defeat the XD's." "O.K., the only way for you to destroy then all compleatly, is if you go inside their Base and place this DNA scrambler on them." She handed Anubis a device. "With this device, you'll be able to compleatly destroy only one XD. So be careful, this is our only copy and it only work one time. So quickly choose the XD you wish to destroy first and place this on them. In the mean time, we will fight back on the other XD and destroy it." "O.K. got it, I'll never fail you Heart." He was about to leave the school. But Heart stopped him. "Wait Anubis!" "What is it?" She then gave him a surprise kiss on the lips. When she broke the kiss, she giggle at the surprise face Anubis was making. "That is for saving me when we were in the 11th grade. Thank you Anubis." Anubis then hugged Heart. "You're my only friend and I don't want to see you gone. I'll be back, I promise." He then left the school leaving Starivile under the protection of Heart. (I'll be back. Heart, Starivile, I promise."
